To God be the glory that a billionaire couple donated $10M to help keep head start programs opened because many had been forced to close when the government closed many of its own offices last week; resulting in many centers not getting the federal grants needed.
Laura and John Arnold used their own money to reopen seven Head Start programs in six states. The donation means 7,000 kids will continue to receive care during the shutdown.
