A car crashed into a home at 14024 Rockside Road. It happened Monday around 2 a.m.
According to police, the vehicle was speeding south on East 141st Street when it lost control and crashed into the home.
The car took out the staircase leaving two residents trapped on the upper level of the house.
The driver was transported to the hospital with minor injuries, and no other injuries were reported.
As a result of the crash, Rockside Road is closed from East 141st Street to the Garfield-Maple Heights border.
