*You might recognize his mustache or his comment…”P. Diddy, Jay Z, they’re not the only ones who should be driving Ferraris’ and living in large houses.” Bishop Ron Gibson says opulence isn’t reserved for laymen.

Gibson is one of five men starring in the new docu-series Preachers of L.A.” He spoke with EURweb associate BlackTreeTV about the reality show, how it goes behind the pulpit and reveals the lives of mega-pastors in Southern California. The bishop says, being on reality TV is epic.

“It’s an opportunity to impact the world, let people know that Jesus is the true answer in a very practical way.”

Born and raised in South Central L.A. this preacher finds fulfillment in helping hurting people.

The former gang member told BlacktreeTV the story behind the Man Cave.

“I found this man took time to come to my game and tell me about Jesus Christ. He gave me a rock and told me to keep it in my pocket and said Jesus is that rock. If you ever overdose on drugs and are about to lose your life…just keep that rock in your pocket, that rock represents Jesus. He was a mentor to me. He didn’t torment. That had a lasting impression on my life. As I began to grow and mature, I realized these young boys, who are drifting aimlessly through life…they need mentors. ”
