Bishop TD Jakes has a playful side that only those closest to him get to see on a regular basis. But with his BET talk show, “Mind, Body & Soul,” the segment called “The Briefing” that gives a behind-the-scenes look at how the episodes come together, showcases that aspect of his personality more.
In preparation for his interview with women producers categorized as “Smart, Single, and Successful,” that aired Sunday, Nov. 19, 2013, the Dallas mega pastor jokingly expressed underlying trepidation about being around beautiful ladies, thus feeling the need to reassure his wife of his loyalty to her.
“This show they got me doing today is sexy, successful, and single. What kind of mess is that?” he said playfully.
