“The 24 hours of A Christmas Story” cable TV marathon on the TBS network is wrapping up, but the the famous Cleveland house featured in the 1983 movie continues to draw viewers.

Throughout Christmas day, a continuous stream of cars and pedestrians could be seen at the corner of West 11th Street and Rowley Avenue in Cleveland’s Tremont neighborhood where the Christmas Story house backs up to the industrial flats.

Ironically, the house itself, and related museum across the street, are closed on Christmas (and other major holidays).

Today, fans milled about house at 3159 West 11th Street, Cleveland, OH, and took photos in front of the restored home which has a “leg lamp” in the front window.
