Cleveland Public Library has gone high tech. The library’s TechCentral MakerSpace opened on Saturday.

TechCentral MakerSpace is a place that puts the tools of several trades into your hands. There is laser engraving and cutting machines, 3D printing and scanning, vinyl cutting machine, photography, ideograph and graphics design even a music recording and production space.

“This is exactly what I have been looking for,” said William Dywer of Brunswick.

But, that’s not all. There are the traditional tools to help a job seeker land a job.

“We teach computer classes ranging from basics to office resume writing.” said CJ Lynce, TechCentral Manager.

Space, equipment and software is free with your Cleveland Public Library card or Clevnet library card. Some materials can be purchased. The library is open daily.
