The multiple GRAMMY® Award winning sibling group, “The Clark Sisters,” have been delighting hearts and ears since 1973 when they recorded their first album, Jesus Has A Lot to Give.
So when Dana Elaine Owens, better known as Queen Latifah, found out they had stopped in for a surprise birthday performance on “The Queen Latifah Show,” she screamed, covered her mouth, and blurted, “Are you serious?”
A stunned and excited Queen Latifah reacts to news that The Clark Sisters are in the building.To celebrate Latifah’s 44th birthday, Twinkie, Karen and Jacky, sans Dorinda, delivered a crowd-pleasing rendition of their 1983 crossover hit, “You Brought the Sunshine.”
As cameras cut to the stunned host, she was clapping, singing along and grin.
