Young Black males face obstacles that others just don’t. President Barack Obama launched an initiative called My Brother’s Keeper to address the issue, but Deric Muhammad is taking it a step further. Deric Muhhammad launched Project Forward to help meet the needs of Black men. He’s furthermore bringing awareness to the importance of a father’s presence in a young Black man’s life.
