The parents of Michael Brown, Pastor Jamal Bryant, and attorney Daryl Parks are announcing the C.O.P.S. Program at Empowerment Temple Church on Sunday.
C.O.P.S (Conscious Operations during Police Stops) Program will educate attendees on proper procedures to follow when stopped by police.
