A whole host of celebrities and big-name VIPs are expected to be in town for the Cleveland Cavaliers season opener Thursday.
You know Johnny Football’s probably a given, but to figure out who else might come to town, Channel 3’s Hilary Golston had to go on probably the most fun fact-finding mission this year.
Part of the mission was also to figure out what kind of experience you can have in Cleveland when you have thousands to drop?
Among the suspected list of celebrities and big names is Jay-Z, who could be sitting courtside with his “Queen B” Beyoncé. Justin Timberlake and even Justin Bieber are rumored to be attending the Cavs first game with LeBron James since he left to play for the Miami Heat.
So, where will they stay? The general manager at The 9’s Metropolitan Hotel in downtown Cleveland says, “Yes, we’ve got quite a few high-profile guests in our hotel.”
