Movie mogul extraordinaire Tyler Perry reportedly filed for a protective order on Monday at the Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta against a former employee, Joshua Sole (pictured below). The alleged stalker, who is also an actor, was arrested Friday and charged with criminal trespassing at the Tyler Perry Studios. He reportedly went through obscene extremes to try to get face time with the director, after numerous attempts at personally contacting him failed, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Perry is also reportedly suing Sole and demanding $100,000, plus $25,000 in legal fees.

Sole is being accused of disengaging the power to disable alarms and surveillance equipment at the famed Atlanta-based film studios and climbing through a suspended ceiling into the facility. Atlanta metro police were summoned by the studio’s head of security after the 27-year-old was observed by a few employees as “acting weird.” Sole then allegedly barricaded himself in a studio administrative office for four hours before officers were able to physically collar him.
