He has pleaded not guilty to more than 30 federal charges, including using and conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction resulting in death.

More bodies found: As the search for AirAsia Flight QZ8501 stretches into its second week, the Java Sea continues to slowly give up the remains of the 162 victims as well as parts of the plane. So far, 34 bodies have been recovered. Several family members told CNN that they received a letter from AirAsia with preliminary compensation details: about $24,000 for each relative who was on the plane.
