Cleveland has an impressive view of the skyline at the end of the RTA rapid from Hopkins Airport to downtown, but the first impression isn’t so pleasant.

The first impression many riders see, including potentially many republican national convention visitors, is graffiti and much of it.

Whether you call it graffiti, art, or an ugly eyesore, we found it along with trash littering the RTA line between Hopkins and downtown Cleveland.

The graffiti and trash is especially abundant at the West Boulevard, West 65th and Lorain Avenue stops.

RTA appears to be painting over much of the graffiti, but as soon as it’s disappears, it reappears.
