Cleveland Cavaliers guard Kyrie Irving has been named as a reserve for the NBA Eastern Conference All-Star team, the Cavs announced on Thursday.

Reserves are voted for by the each conferences’ head coaches.

This will be Irving’s third All-Star appearance.

Irving, 22, is the fourth-youngest player in the NBA to be selected three times to the All-Star game (LeBron James, Kobe Bryant and Isiah Thomas).

The guard started in the All-Star game last year and took home the Most Valuable Player trophy after scoring 31 points and dishing out 14 assists.

Irving will join LeBron James as the representatives of the Cavs at the All-Star game.
