Forecasters say gusts up to 25 mph will bring wind chills between -15 to -25 Thursday and Friday. The high for Thursday is expected to reach only 5 degrees. The region could break more records overnight Thursday into Friday as actual air temperatures are expected to dip to -15 in some spots — and that’s without the wind chills factored in.

Because of all this, the National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Advisory for the entire Channel 3 viewing area.
