It is the year of the compilation.
Three albums featuring various gospel artists have landed in the Top 10 of this week’s Billboard Gospel Albums chart: WOW Gospel 2015, WOW Gospel 2014 and Billboard #1 Gospel Hits.
The latter, released by Entertainment One Music (eOne Music) has hit the charts hard and won over gospel fans.
Billboard #1 Gospel Hits, a 2-disc album, is in its seventh consecutive week inside the Top 10.
To celebrate, eOne already hosted a Billboard #1 Gospel Hits album celebration in Chicago, at the Hard Rock Hotel last month, with another planned for Washington, DC.
The successful compilation includes 20 tracks featuring the biggest hits of the past decade from gospel superstars Kirk Franklin, Tamela Mann, Hezekiah Walker, Donald Lawrence, Ricky Dillard & New G and more.
