Cleveland Metropolitan School District is investigating a claim that a parent was struck by a school security guard.
The mother claims the incident happened Tuesday morning before 9:30 a.m. at Watterson Lake Elementary School on West 74th street.
Brittany Young said she was confronting a teacher about the way her children were talked to.
Young said during their argument a school security guard came outside near the front door and pushed her twice.
She said that 22-year-old Brandon Lawrence grabbed her arm pushing her elbow into her chest.
