President Obama Speaks at Georgia Tech

Get ready for road closures and traffic delays as President Barack Obama prepares to speak at the Convention Center and Global Center for Health Innovation in Downtown Cleveland on Wednesday.

The White House says he will be addressing the City Club of Cleveland at 3 p.m. He will be flying into the airport Wednesday morning, but because of security, reasons they are not releasing any other details about the President’s travel plans. Until then, it is all about preparation.

At 9:30 a.m. Monday, the phone at the City Club of Cleveland started to ring off the hook. The event sold out in an hour and a waiting list started filling up fast.

“I have not missed the previous presidents,” said Bob Lustig. “Why should I miss him?”

Bob Lustig joined the club in 1964. In his 51 years as a member, he has heard them all.

“Reagan, Bush 1, Bush 2 and Clinton,” said Lustig.

And now President Barack Obama.
