The Cleveland Central Catholic boys basketball team is dancing its way down to Columbus. The Ironmen do a little dance off after every practice. The message is simple. If you work hard, you get to play hard.
“When they first started doing the dance, I didn’t really think it was good,” said Cleveland Central Catholic head basketball coach Jeremy Holmes. “But, when I saw that day in and day out they were working hard – that’s their time to celebrate it and they enjoy that.”
The Ironmen have received the message.
They are now 23-4 and knocked off undefeated Saint Vincent Saint Mary over the weekend for their first trip to an Ohio State Final Four since 2011.
