If you’re looking for a job and you’re interested in law enforcement, the Ohio State Highway Patrol could be the place for you.
They are now accepting applications for troopers in order to make sure they are fully staffed and can protect communities in the state of Ohio.
They say they are accepting approximately 2,000 to 2,500 applications. To qualify you must be 20 to 34-years-old with at least a high school diploma or GED. State Trooper Greg Rayot says they are also urging women to apply.
“Trying to make it more attractive, not only for the state patrol, obviously if they wish to have a career in law enforcement, we would like them to look our way. But yes, we’re trying to make it more attractive to get involved in law enforcement in general,” said Rayot.
