In the Greater Cleveland area, the priciest streets are in communities along or near the Cuyahoga-Geauga county border.
Roundwood Road in Hunting Valley ranked as the most expensive street. Homes listed a median home value of $1,356,420.
That’s according to Zillow, an online real estate database, which recently released an analysis of the most expensive streets in America.
The following made the top 5 most expensive streets in the Greater Cleveland area:
– Roundwood Road in Hunting Valley, at a median home value of $1,356,420
– Ridgecreek Trail in Moreland Hills, at a median home value of $1,063,673
– Pinebrook Lane in Pepper Pike, at a median home value of $1,047,185
