The NBA and Cavs players teamed up Wednesday to help renovate a space for kids to learn and play.

The Cavs are right in the middle of the NBA Finals and several players took time to give back.

Timofey Mozgov, James Jones, Shawn Marion and Joe Harris attended a ribbon-cutting for the new NBA Cares Learn and Play Center at the Boys and Girls Club on Broadway in Cleveland.

They were joined by NBA legends Oscar Robinson, Bob Lanier and our very own Campy Russell.

Cavs Head Coach David Blatt says he got his start playing ball on a hoop his father put up and playing at a Boys and Girls Club.

James Jones also shared some of his inspiration to the kids at the Club on why he loves giving back to Cleveland.

The NBA has opened centers like this at more than 970 locations across the country.
