There was a town hall meeting on Wednesday, with the “TownHall” being a popular restaurant in Ohio City and the “meeting” looking more like a rally.

At the center of it was Florida Senator Marco Rubio, who told Channel 3 that he is ready for the big GOP debate.

“Oh, I better be,” said Rubio. “It’s tomorrow. I’m happy to talk to the American people about who I am and what I want to do as president.”

He also said it was his first visit to Cleveland.

The crowd leaned young, hip and to the right. Some say they are still far from deciding on a candidate.

“There’s so many options,” said Jared Barker, with the Cleveland Young Republicans. “And all the candidates have great things to offer. So I think it’s going to be a toss-up, and I think tomorrow we’ll see a lot that happens.”

Outside Quicken Loans Arena, there was a lot happening already with media trucks lining up from around the world.
