The Republican Party‘s first debate is in the books in Cleveland, the home of the next year’s Republican National Convention.

The GOP debates took center stage in downtown Cleveland at the “Q”.

The first debate, at 5 p.m., consisted of former Texas Gov. Rick Perry, former Pennsylvania Sen Rick Santorum, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, former technology executive Carly Fiorina, Sen. Lindsey Graham, former NY Gov. George Pataki, and former VA Gov. Jim Gilmore.

The main debate began at 9 p.m. Businessman Donald Trump, former FL Gov. Jeb Bush, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, surgeon and tea party favorite Ben Carson, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, Sen. Marco Rubio, Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and Gov. John Kasich went head to head.
