The Buffalo Bills needed to convert a fourth-and-14 in a goal-to-go situation to score a potential game-winning touchdown, and that is exactly what they got when quarterback EJ Manuel found wide receiver Andre Davis in the right corner of the end zone with 1:31 to play in the fourth quarter.

With their backs against the wall because of penalties after starting the series of downs at the one-yard line, Manuel dropped back and found Davis, who jumped over the reach of new Browns defensive back Aaron Ross for the touchdown. Then, Manuel completed a two-point conversion pass, which gave the Bills an 11-10 win over the Browns in preseason play at FirstEnergy Stadium Thursday night.

Earlier in the fourth quarter, it was the Browns who took the lead on a long touchdown pass.

Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel completed a 96-yard drive with a 21-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Shane Wynn and the scoring pass with 9:59 to play in the fourth quarter, a throw that gave Cleveland a 10-3 lead over the Bills.
