The city of Cleveland is about to revolutionize the food safety inspection business inside your favorite places to eat.

Starting in March, you will be able to walk into any Cleveland restaurant and see a color grade that shows how well the establishment scored on its latest health inspection.

City Councilman Joe Cimperman says the new grading system could save lives.

The health department is going to use its own version of our Clean Plate Award..
