Pleasant Hill Lake Park Halloween Campout and Monster Ball Dance
Head out to Pleasant Hill Lake Park this Friday and Saturday for a weekend full of Halloween fun!
Hayrides will be offered at the park Friday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets cost $1 per person. Apple cider doughnuts and popcorn will also be available.
On Saturday, the fun starts at 9 a.m. with a pumpkin carving contest. It’s followed by family crafts, zombie archery, trick-or-treat, a chili and apple cook-off, a potluck dinner and a monster costume ball.
You do not have to camp at the park to participate in the festivities.

Ashtabula County Covered Bridge Festival
The 32nd Annual Covered Bridge Festival will be held this Saturday and Sunday in the downtown area of the Village of Jefferson.
On both days, it will start at 9 a.m. and end at 5 p.m.
The festival will include crafts, entertainment, demonstrations, contests, a parade, rides, games, food and more.
Admission to the festival is free.
