Family members of a slain 12-year-old boy are among those who gathered for a vigil Sunday in Cleveland marking one year since the fatal police shooting.
People prayed and observed a moment of silence at the Cudell Recreation Center area where Tamir Rice was shot a year ago Sunday. He was carrying a pellet gun when he was shot by an officer.
Some 60 people, including his mother and sister, also took part in a commemoration there Saturday.
