It has been one year since a police shooting left 12-year-old Tamir Rice dead.

As a grand jury still gathers facts, critics are now calling out the prosecutor in the case.

On Monday, more than 100 people gathered outside the Justice Center in Cleveland to call on Cuyahoga County Prosecutor, Tim McGinty, to step down so that another prosecutor could step in.

They also called for the termination of the two officers involved in the shooting and demanded an apology.
