The Cleveland Cavaliers may have traded power forward Anderson Varejao to the Portland Trailblazers in exchange for Orlando Magic forward Channing Frye, but the deal was not done without a great amount of angst in the front office.

The longest-tenured Cavaliers player, Varejao spent 12 years in Cleveland and endured countless injuries and rehabilitations in addition to several rebuilding seasons, and for that, general manager David Griffin thanked the veteran for his service to the organization.
