School officials have closed the Mary McLeod Bethune PreK-8 school Tuesday (March 15) due to “damage at the property.”
The Cleveland Metropolitan School District announced the news on Twitter around 6:30 a.m.
The school says they are already working to clean things up, and an investigation is underway.
Being Election Day, the school is doubling as a polling location, which remains open.
The school is located at 11815 Moulton Ave.
No additional details were immediately available.
