Listing Of Criminal Charges On Tamir RIce Incident Report Explained

Cleveland City Hall tells the FOX 8 I-TEAM, a city EMS supervisor has been fired following an investigation into a Facebook posting concerning the police shooting of 12 year old Tamir Rice.

The mayor’s office says Captain Jamie Marquardt has been terminated.

The post that sparked the investigation included “Tamir Rice should have been shot and I am glad he is dead…. ..I am upset I did not get the chance to kill the little criminal.”

Later on that same Facebook account a posting that said, “Someone picked up my phone and made some awful posts under my name. I want to apologize for those who thought it was me.”
