Obama Arrives In Cuba; Hopes Visit Will Usher In Change:

President Barack Obama touched down in Cuba on Sunday, definitively ending a half-century of estrangement in a dramatic personal demonstration of his core foreign policy principle of engaging America’s enemies.

Dems Prod GOP Governors On Trump

Democrats are attempting to force down-ballot Republicans off the fence on Donald Trump.

The Democratic Governors Association on Monday will launch a new website — GovTrumpTracker.com — designed to pressure Republicans competing in 2016 governor’s races off the fence on Trump.

It’s the latest Democratic effort to exploit the Republican fissure over Trump. Some governors — including Florida’s Rick Scott and New Jersey’s Chris Christie — have opted to embrace Trump, seeing his ability to attract independent support as a harbinger of an expanded electoral map in November.

Spring Snow: Northeast Faces Messy Commute Monday:

Snow is expected to fall across the Northeast on Sunday night, creating a difficult commute Monday for workers in Boston, New York City and Philadelphia.

Spring officially started at 12:30 a.m. ET Sunday, but that’s not much comfort to folks in Massachusetts. They’ll get the worst of the snow that falls through Monday morning, CNN meteorologist Michael Guy said.

Boston will see up to 8 inches of snow in the southern suburbs and 4 to 6 inches in the northern suburbs, with lower amounts moving across the western part of the state. Cape Cod could get up to 10 inches of snow.
