The Jones family is one deeply rooted in faith.

That’s why it comes as no surprise that just one day before Sarah and Roshaun’s 19-year-old daughter Sierra died in a car accident, the teen posted on Facebook, ‘I know for a fact God is real.’

“Since Monday, we’ve been comforted by that Facebook post because so many kids in this community have text me,” said Sarah Jones. “They’ve called, they’ve inboxed me on Facebook crying, and saying ‘I want to know God. I want to be saved.'”

The post has now been shared almost 2,000 times, and has racked up over 5,000 likes. The viral post has left many wondering what sparked the beautiful college student to affirm her faith via social media.

Her mom says it was a spiritual Easter Sunday experience at church.

“She was telling me, ‘Mom, when Pastor August made the altar call for those that wanted to receive salvation to come up…I didn’t want to move from my seat because I just wanted to talk to God myself,'” said Sarah said of her late daughter.
