The revival of Chef Michael Symon’s Lolita might not be Lolita at all, but instead a new restaurant.
Symon’s Tremont restaurant sustained significant damage in a fire Jan. 10. The renowned chef said he’d plan to rebuild, but it appears as though he wants a fresh start at the location.
