The Cleveland Cavaliers are headed for the Eastern Conference Finals after completing a sweep of the Atlanta Hawks on Sunday.

The Cavaliers will take on either the Toronto Raptors or the Miami Heat, depending on which team wins the series. The Raptors currently lead the series 2-1.

The first game of the Eastern Conference Finals will be held in Cleveland, either on May 15 or May 17.

If the Toronto-Miami series concludes in six games or less, the Eastern Conference Finals will start on Sunday, May 15 in Cleveland.

Here’s a look at that schedule (home games in bold text):

Game 1: Sunday, May 15 at 3:30 p.m.    

Game 2: Tuesday,  May 17 at 8:30 p.m.

Game 3: Saturday, May 21 at 8:30 p.m.

Game 4:  Monday, May 23 at 8:30 p.m.

Game 5: * Wednesday, May 25 at 8:30 p.m.
