CLEVELAND– The man accused in the shooting death of 3-year-old Major Howard was arrested in Smyrna, Georgia.
The victim’s grandfather said the U.S. Marshals notified the family of 23-year-old Donnell Lindsey’s arrest at about 7 a.m. Tuesday.
“Our task force never gave up on this case and never gave up on justice for Major Howard. Donnell Lindsey thought he could run forever, but he couldn’t outrun the determination of our dedicated team. We hope some peace is felt in Major’s family tonight,” U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott said.
