CLEVELAND – The City of Cleveland will introduce next week proposed legislation that would raise the minimum wage in the city to $15 an hour.Clerk of Council Pat Britt notified Raise Up Cleveland Wednesday that it had enough signatures to start legislative proceedings on the proposal.
