Cleveland Police used bicycle cops to patrol protesters marching in and around downtown Monday afternoon.

The protest and march started around 4:30 p.m. at the Free Stamp near City Hall and wound its way through Public Square, over the Detroit-Superior Bridge, down W. 25th St. in Ohio City and back over the Lorain-Carnegie bridge before ending at Public Square two hours later.

Close to 40 protesters were surrounded by officers on bicycles, who have been trained for crowd control ahead of the Republican National Convention. Three hundred specially made police bikes were ordered for the convention.

Cleveland Police said no arrests were made during Monday’s protest.
