Hillary Clinton: ‘The Sky’s The Limit’:
On a night pulsating with emotion, Clinton declared, “When there are no ceilings, the sky’s the limit.”
Still, she warned voters the nation is facing a serious “moment of reckoning” from economic pain, violence and terror. The former first lady, senator and secretary of state set her sights on the White House and blasted Republican nominee Donald Trump, portraying him as a small man, who got rich by stiffing workers, peddles fear and lacks the temperament to be commander in chief.
She quickly reached out to disappointed Bernie Sanders voters at the end of a convention dedicated to healing the deep rift from their contentious primary race. With the Vermont senator watching from the arena, Clinton told his supporters: “I’ve heard you. Your cause is our cause.”

Chelsea Clinton Embraces Role In Her Mother’s Campaign:
The former and potentially future first daughter — once a shy teenager growing up in the glare of the political spotlight and now a 36-year-old mother of two — introduced the Democratic presidential nominee for her acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia.
“I never once doubted that my parents cared about my thoughts and my ideas, and I always, always knew how deeply they loved me,” she said. “That feeling of being valued and loved — that’s what my mom works for for every child. It is the calling of her life.”
Chelsea Clinton recalled talking to her parents at the dinner table about the book “A Wrinkle In Time” as a child.

Trump Says He Would Like To ‘Hit’ DNC Speakers Who Disparaged Him:
Donald Trump, after hearing speeches at the Democratic convention this week, said Thursday he wanted to “hit a number of those speakers so hard, their heads would spin.”
“They’d never recover,” he said.
Trump often uses the term “hit” to mean verbally attack, rather than physical contact.
The Republican nominee zoomed in on one speaker especially, though he didn’t mention his name.
“I was going to hit one guy in particular, a very little guy,” Trump said to laughs at a campaign rally in Davenport, Iowa. “I was going to hit this guy so hard his head would spin, he wouldn’t know what the hell happened.”

It didn’t stop there.
Kroll’s mother, Kim, told CNN that when others saw her son’s generous donation they raised their paddles at auction to chip in as well. First, one person offered to cover the $500 that Blake was donating.
Then, Kim said, “it was like a chain reaction. It’s phenomenal because we are small community. Everyone knows everybody.”
Within minutes, 31 businesses had donated thousands of dollars.
