Two teens were arrested Sunday in connection with a shooting and crash that involved three police cruisers, leaving one officer injured.
“It was something unbelievable,” said an East 127th St. resident who witnessed the crash. “I was trying to run in the house and get my kids in the house safely as fast as I can.”
The resident added that she was so close to the incident that she almost got hit.
