The man who was responsible for the severe THC reactions at EST Fest was arrested on Saturday.
At this weekend’s EST Fest, there were at least 20 severe reactions to THC after festival attendees ingested candies that were laced with THC.
The suspect is 28-year-old, Matthew Lee Gross of Ypislanti, Michigan. Gross was charged with one felony count of trafficking drugs containing Hashish.
In addition to the packets of candy, Gross was also possessing drug narcotic equipment, marijuana and hashish. Since he was charged with a 5th degree felony, his bail was set at $50,000.
