Something’s afoot at Cedar Point.
Well, that’s what park officials are teasing.
A large faux flip-flop intended for a right foot was sent to members of the media teasing “the other half of this story” will be unveiled on Thursday, Aug. 18.
We’re told to expect official confirmation on these 2017 plans by 10 a.m.
What could it be?
Speculation has swirled for months that Cedar Point will soon be expanding their Soak City water park.
Why?
Earlier this year, Cedar Point cleared a nearby swath of land by demolishing two up-charge attractions — Challenge Racing go-karts and Skyscraper. It’s a move that made plenty of fresh room for Soak City to grow.
