The house from A Christmas Story in Cleveland’s Tremont neighborhood was being overrun by Pokemon.
And it’s a welcome invasion.
From 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Sunday, officials at the famous movie location hosted a lure party and gym battle.
“The rules are simple,” according to an event listing on the Christmas Story house’s Facebook page.
“Pokemon trainers register by buying a ticket and taking a tour of A Christmas Story house. We’ll supply the lure to help attract rare and exciting Pokemon, and trainers battle for team control of the gym. The team controlling the gym at 5 p.m. will be declared the winner.”
Registration started at 10 a.m. in the gift shop. The first 75 registered members from the winning team will win a leg lamp Pokemon Gym badge.
