The man taken into custody Saturday following a deadly shooting is expected to be identified Monday morning.

The 29-year-old man from North Ridgeville is due in court where formal charges are expected against him.

It was around 7:30 a.m. when police say the suspect failed to stop for a red light, crashing into a 53-year-old woman’s vehicle.

Police say the suspect exited his vehicle with a rifle after it overturned several times before allegedly shooting the other driver, Deborah Pearl of Twinsburg.
