Monday’s annual 11th Congressional District parade and picnic will start earlier than normal at 10 a.m. — to schedule a Hillary Clinton rally at Luke Easter Park.

Parade watchers will have to arrive earlier to get a curbside seat to take in all  the bands, floats and politicians passing by.

The event will start at 10 a.m., earlier than normal, to allow for an expected early afternoon rally with Hillary Clinton and her running mate Tim Kaine.

The parade will step off at 10 a.m. from East 146th Street and Kinsman Avenue led by Grand Marshal Congresswoman Marcia Fudge .

It’s the 45th annual display of African American community pride and politics, started by the late Congressman Louis Stokes.
