So now we know what made Kanye West abruptly stop a show on his The Life Of Pablo tour citing a ‘family emergency.’
His wife, Kim Kardshian West, was being robbed at gunpoint in a Paris hotel, where she was staying as she attended Paris Fashion Week, early reports say. Multiple reports say that the reality show star was robbed by men posing as police and that she is unharmed but obviously upset by the incident.
It happened while the hip hop artist was performing at The Meadows Music and Arts Festival at Citi Field in Queens Sunday night.
Witnesses tell the Daily News that West told the crowd he was “sorry” there was a “family emergency” and had to “stop the show.”
The Meadows Music and Arts Festival sent out a tweet saying “Due to an emergency, Kanye West had to end his performance early.”
