Man arrested in deadly hit-skip on I-480

CLEVELAND, Ohio — The man accused of hitting two women, killing one, on the side of the highway will appear in court Monday morning.

The women were changing a tire on Interstate 480 westbound near State Road late Saturday night when it happened.

Tanisha Matthews, 27, was killed. Asiah Matthews, 23, was in critical condition.
