There may not be any snow on the ground, but it really is beginning to look a lot like Christmas.

The Christmas tree on Public Square was lifted into place Monday morning, which we streamed on Facebook live (watch below).

It’s a 45-foot-tall Bruce Spruce that was donated by a family in Brunswick.

You can capture the holiday magic in person when the tree — and all of Public Square — is illuminated with the glow from more than 363,000 lights.

The lighting ceremony takes place Saturday, Nov. 26 during the annual Winterfest celebration.

2016 also marks the return of Public Square’s ice skating rink.
