Three Cleveland schools are closed Tuesday due to power outages after wild winds overnight. East Clark School on East 146th Street, Memorial School on East 152nd Street and Collinwood High School are closed. Two buildings collapsed after strong winds early Tuesday morning.
Ridge Brook Elementary in Parma is also closed due to a power outage, while Shiloh Middle School in Parma is closed due to a water main break.
Thousands woke up without power Tuesday morning. Those numbers have dwindled.
